Job Description
Xchange Logistics is seeking an Operations Agent to manage both air import and air export activities, ensuring smooth and timely movement of cargo. The role involves planning shipments, processing documentation, tracking cargo, ensuring compliance, negotiating rates, and providing customer service. The position requires working on-site Monday-Friday.
