Requirements

• PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics or a closely related field.
• 5-10 years of industry experience in coating development, materials engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience developing optical coatings and/or protective coatings for harsh environments.
