Job Description
Monitor business performance, budgets, and KPIs, support Senior Management, and lead the Operations team. Develop and optimize order-to-delivery processes, supply chain, and logistics across Europe, while working closely with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Finance.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
- More than 5 years of professional experience in Operations Management
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with a KPI-driven working style
- Proven leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility
