Service technician for mobile cranes (m/f/x)

Your mission is to manage the service and aftersales business in the Mobile Crane segment, ensuring quality and process compliance of all service and maintenance activities, and collaborating with customers to capture machine and operational requirements. The job involves close collaboration with customers, managing and optimizing internal service processes and interfaces, and identifying and reporting deviations or quality fluctuations in services or products.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in the field of (mobile) cranes
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and service processes for large machinery and equipment (hydraulics, electrics, mechanics)
• Experience in customer service and collaboration with sales, product, and service organizations
• Technical qualification (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician) or comparable background
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, team spirit, and strong customer orientation
