We are Xebia - a company that develops digital solutions for clients from many industries and places across the globe. We're passionate about Cloud-based solutions and have a partnership with three of the largest Cloud providers in the business. We're looking for a Data Product Manager to act as the primary owner of data and analytics capabilities within the OMS migration project.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data, or Analytics roles
- strong technical background in enterprise data systems and analytics platforms
- experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects
- expertise in data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development
- strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- experience overseeing UAT, deployment, and user training initiatives
- experience with OMS or retail systems
- exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- familiarity with Agile product management methodologies
- strong executive communication and presentation skills
- advanced English
