Requirements
- experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environment in a global company
- proven track record in managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects
- experience in leading multinational teams
- practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices
- fluency in spoken and written English and Polish
- self-reliance, independence, ability to make decisions
- strong sense of ownership
- customer and team focus
