Job Description
We are Xebia - a company that develops digital solutions for clients from many industries and places across the globe. We're passionate about Cloud-based solutions and have a partnership with three of the largest Cloud providers. We're looking for a Technical Product Owner to take full ownership of the product from strategy to execution, driving measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Corporate-grade discipline and delivery standards combined with startup-level ownership, speed, and accountability.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, or significantly transforming a product.
- Full product accountability experience, including market pressure, customer feedback loops, monetization challenges, and scaling decisions.
- Technical fluency in an API-heavy environment, including REST APIs, OAuth2 / JWT authentication, Webhooks and asynchronous patterns, API versioning and backward compatibility, Integration risks and external partner onboarding, Performance, SLAs, and scalability trade-offs, Swagger / OpenAPI documentation.
- Strong product and business ownership skills: Define and own a roadmap aligned with measurable outcomes, Operate confidently with North Star Metrics and KPIs, Balance growth initiatives with technical debt, Make hard prioritization decisions, Challenge assumptions and stakeholders when necessary.
