Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Business Demands Management
- Strong Demand Management in technical and business delivery
- Deep Business analysis skills
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and scrum framework
- Deep understanding of banking business and IT banking solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of banking business processes and compliance requirements
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in a T24 context
