Job Description
The Executive Director, Global Program Lead is responsible for leading the XP-8121 program through Phase 3 execution, regulatory approval, and a successful launch, driving the cross-functional strategy and rigorous execution, and possessing a strong commercial mentality to ensure that Clinical, CMC and Medical strategies deliver the target product profile and ultimate market access and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, or other related life sciences
- Minimum of 10+ years in project or operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven success in leading complex programs that meet or exceed strategic objectives
- Understanding of the drug development process and the interdependencies of key functions
