Xerox is seeking an Account Operations (Floater) in Hagatna, GU to execute on-site customer solutions, including mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative support tasks.

Requirements

• Operate office and production equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines)
• Perform mail handling duties including sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking
• Support document preparation, printing, and finishing (e.g., stapling, binding, laminating)
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key daily contact for client interactions
