Asset Coordinator - Hybrid

The Asset Coordinator role plays a crucial part in managing and organizing the client's digital assets, encompassing the entire life cycle from contract start to end. The role involves managing customers' assets and account information in Xerox databases, ensuring data integrity, and performing various tasks such as device management, account management, and meter management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and high level of accuracy
• Good knowledge of computer usage and Microsoft Office software (especially Excel)
