HRIS Analyst - Payroll Operations

The HRIS Analyst will support Xerox's global Payroll operations by ensuring payroll technologies are accurate and efficient across the HR ecosystem. The role requires attention to detail, strong data skills, and hands-on system knowledge.

Requirements

• Maintain and support payroll technology solutions
• Partner with Payroll operations to translate requirements into system updates and enhancements
• Execute testing, configuration, and validation for payroll system changes
• Monitor system integrations between HR, payroll, and third-party providers
• Develop and deliver reporting to support compliance, audits, and workforce insights
• Support the evaluation and introduction of automation tools in payroll processes
