Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales and contact center experience
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including Canadian or US holiday schedules
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relations skills
• Professional telephone demeanor
• Excellent listening and probing skills
• Multitasking with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Organization with effective time and activity management abilities
• Proficiency in systems literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet familiarity
