Job Description
Xerox is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to lead organizational transformation and change initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful change initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 years of progressively more responsible professional experience
- 5 years of experience in organizational change management
- In-depth understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience in project management
- Detail-oriented, process-oriented, results-driven
