OTC COE Process Analyst

The COE Process Analyst is responsible for managing internal and external projects and initiatives involving department or cross-functional teams to deliver projects/programs into a finished state, supporting the organization on behalf of the Operations Manager. The role requires project/program leadership, quantitative and analytical capability, process expertise, and stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include leading and delivering programs/projects, monitoring financial plans and explaining variances, coordinating with IT/business analysts, and supporting management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred
• Experience with ERP/transactional operations delivered to defined SLAs and quality standards (preferred)
