Reprographics Operator (3rd shift) plays a critical role in executing on-site customer solutions, including mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative support tasks, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Operate office and production equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines) and ensure optimal performance.
• Perform scanning and some large format print.
• Support document preparation, printing, and finishing (e.g., stapling, binding, laminating).
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly escalate issues.
• Monitor supply inventory and perform replenishment as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key daily contact for client interactions.
• Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks.
