Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school certification or coursework in HVAC, plumbing, or a related field (plus)
- Intermediate knowledge of brazing, pipe fitting, and HVAC systems (advantage)
- Ability to learn technical skills under supervision
- Understanding of safety protocols in a workshop or field environment
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings with guidance
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
