Job Description
Seeking a Project Executive to lead civic and educational projects, with oversight of multiple projects, client engagement, team development, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 12+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Demonstrated success managing public works type projects and preference for Civic projects valued at $20M+
- Expertise in project deliveries, City and county construction with clear understanding of delivery methods including hard bid scenario for public clients.
- Strong business acumen, including financial management, forecasting, and client negotiation
- Proficiency in Procore, scheduling tools (e.g., P6 or MS Project), and construction budgeting platforms
