Job Description
The Project Executive â Healthcare will lead XLâs Healthcare market segment, managing construction projects, driving business development, and nurturing client relationships. The role emphasizes project execution, financial performance, and a high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- 15+ years of construction leadership
- Bachelorâs degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage large/complex projects profitably
- Skilled in business development, pursuit leadership, client management, and market positioning
- Deep understanding of preconstruction strategy, contract types, risk mitigation, and cost control
- Proven track record building and developing project teams
- Certifications such as OSHA 10, LEED AP, and/or DBIA preferred
