Job Description
We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist to support our construction operations across the US. This role involves completing risk assessments, reviewing financial statements, and managing subcontractor default insurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, accounting, finance or similar business-related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management, commercial management, surety underwriting or supply chain management role
- Excellent knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis
- Construction industry or subcontractor risk management experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to quality standards and deadlines
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
