Job Description
Provides professional acquisition management advisory support to FRTIB program offices. Primary focus is assisting in the creation and review of requirements documentation and pre-solicitation packages, providing knowledge-sharing/training sessions, and driving process improvements within FRTIB's acquisition operations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in federal acquisition planning, requirements development, and pre-solicitation documentation
- Deep knowledge of the FAR, agency supplements (TFAS preferred), and federal procurement regulations
- Experience drafting SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, QASPs, Acquisition Plans, J&As, and Market Research Reports
- Experience supporting proposal evaluation processes in a federal agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver acquisition training (classroom, virtual, workshop formats)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present at all organizational levels
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies applied to acquisition operations
