Job Description
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in modern database and reporting tools, providing comprehensive support for the FRTIB contract data environment. Responsible for designing, maintaining, modifying, testing, documenting, and updating all database objects, dashboards, and reports.
Requirements
- SME-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel advanced), Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint Online, and SQL Server/SQL-based systems
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining contract/procurement databases in a federal environment
- Experience with PRISM or similar contract writing systems (data extraction, validation, reporting)
- Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations for acquisition analytics
- Experience with data migration, legacy data preservation, and data integrity assurance
- Strong documentation skills for technical database objects and user guidance
- Experience conducting functional and regression testing of database changes
