Job Description
Provides comprehensive support for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining the OCFO SharePoint Online environment and sites, including workflows, document libraries, collaboration sites, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online administration, architecture, and site collection management
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate (flow development, troubleshooting), Power Apps (custom app building), and the broader Power Platform
- Experience with SharePoint Designer (legacy workflow support)
- Proficiency integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Experience with SharePoint governance, security settings, and data management policies in a federal environment
- Ability to document technical configurations, user guides, and process procedures
- Experience training non-technical users on SharePoint tools and workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for workflow and code issues
