Requirements

• Provide inspirational line management, mentoring and leadership to the Structural Engineering team.
• Collaborate on and lead the development of technology, people and growth of team capability.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver structural engineering services ensuring compliance with industry design standards.
• Lead Structural Engineering excellence & deliverables through tenders, early-stage feasibility studies, and project specifications.
• Ensure necessary Structural Engineering and technical resources are assigned to projects throughout tendering and delivery.
