Job Description
We're looking for an Organic Acquisition Manager to own and grow Xolo's organic and AI-driven discoverability across all our markets. This is a hands-on, systems-driven role focused on building scalable, automation-first engines that make organic and LLM-sourced signups a predictable, growing channel.
Requirements
- Define and execute our SEO and AEO strategy: audit current state, prioritize opportunities by business impact, and own the roadmap
- Maintain SEO and AEO health across the site, including structured data, internal linking, indexation, performance, and LLM-citation readiness, partnering with front-end developers
- Own website experimentation, information architecture, navigation, and CMS setup and governance, translating SEO/AEO requirements into clear specs
- Build automation-first content production systems as the default, establishing automated workflows, and bringing in copywriters where human craft is genuinely needed
- Run backlink and mention programs end-to-end to support organic visibility
- Own measurement, dashboards, and reporting for the KPIs
