Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, promote the company's employer brand, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill open roles in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Familiarity with ATS and other sourcing tools
