Job Description
We're looking for an Internal Audit Analyst to contribute to the evaluation of activities and relevant processes of business lines, considering various areas such as financial, operational, product and administrative, aiming to validate that established procedures and policies are fulfilled, are in compliance with laws and regulations, as well as relevant risks are being mitigated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics or related areas
- Previous experience in internal audit, preferably in Brokerage or Bank of Investment
- Previous experience in the financial market, with knowledge of Banking Products (BACEN and other regulators), Onshore and Offshore Brokerage (CVM, B3, CIMA, NFA, SEC and other regulators)
- Knowledge about market best practices for risk assessment and residual risk
- Knowledge of COSO methodology
- English for reading regulations and following/studying emerging topics
- Knowledge in programming (Python, C++, SQL, VBA) in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
