Job Description
We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to ensure XP Inc. complies with regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvements. The role requires strong analytical capacity, autonomy, and ability to deal with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in regulation, suitability, or compliance in brokerages or banks
- Deep knowledge of CVM and Anbima regulations related to Suitability and product distribution
- Previous experience in the financial market, with practical understanding of products (listed and over-the-counter), distribution models, and governance
- Fluent English
- Intermediate Excel
