Job Description
XP Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Fund Custody and Control team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, and experience in back-office or operational areas. The role involves processing, cash reconciliation, and customer service, as well as supporting automation and operational optimization projects.
Requirements

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or VBA
