XP Inc. is looking for a Junior Consumer Advocate Analyst to join their Consumer Advocacy team. The role involves performing customer attention through available channels, investigating demands, and collaborating with other areas of the company for continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
- Complete higher education
- Certification of Consumer Advocate (e.g. FBB200)
- Ability to write and speak in a structured way, with empathy and focus on problem-solving
- Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously, maintaining control of regulatory and internal deadlines
- Knowledge of Consumer Defense Code, Bank Central norms and/or CVM applicable to Consumer Advocacy
- Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ease of learning internal systems
