Analista Sênior de Customer Insights

As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming behavior signals, feedback, and customer journey data into diagnoses, prioritizable recommendations, and impact theses, directly contributing to the roadmap and evolution of our customers' experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in functions related to Voice of Customer, Customer Insights, Customer Experience, Business Analyst, or related areas;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights;
• Domain knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, with practical experience in conducting studies and measuring results;
• Domain knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Metabase, and similar);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express themselves clearly and concisely;
• Ability to work in a team, collaborate with other areas, and influence decisions based on data and insights;
• Experience with governance routines and strategic forums.
