XP Inc. is looking for a Senior Analyst of Equity Research to develop analyses supporting clients' decision-making, contributing to value generation and market impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• Experience with data analysis techniques, such as regression models, classification, data mining, etc
• Good verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English
• Knowledge in corporate finance and the financial market
• Experience in programming in Python and VBA
