Job Description
XP Inc. is looking for professionals with a commercial profile to join their Talent Pool B2C Assessoria Future program, which aims to transition professionals to a career as investment advisors. The program provides complete support to obtain the CPA-20 certification and a solid career path to become an investment advisor in one year.
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree
- Commercial and relational profile
- Sales experience (differential: prospecting for new business)
- Interest in the investment market
- Basic knowledge of financial products (RF, RV, funds, etc.)
- Acting in other segments (payment means, acquisition, beverages, fintechs, etc.)
- Not being an Investment Advisor or Independent Agent (AAI)
