Job Description
Process Quality Engineering Manager leads a team of quality engineers to drive process capability, product quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields)
- 7+ years of experience in Process or Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, MSA, 8D, DOE, and problem-solving tools
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with global quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
