Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- More than 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in EMS, electronics, or a high-mix manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and lead time management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supply risks and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication skills; ability to work effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven skills in Microsoft Power BI and Power Query, Data Model, DAX, Visual Reporting, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to model and interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
