Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 10-12 years of work experience
• Experience in mixed signal circuit design, simulations, and test of power electronics
• Working knowledge of power conversion principles, topologies, and technologies
• Experience designing electronic assemblies and/or power conversion products
• Ability to execute a test independently, from setup to result reporting
• Experience in validation with strong debug skills, problem tracking
• Experience with test data collection and analysis
• Experience with test plan & test procedure development
• In depth understanding of control theory
• Strong project management experience
• Ability to make economic judgments with respect to product cost and manufacturing process
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks with minimal supervision
