Job Description
Xplor is looking for an Account Executive to join their Direct Sales team. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, be comfortable with face-to-face selling, and be self-motivated and goal-oriented. The role offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, flexible schedule, and sales training and mentorship provided.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
