SR Product Manager

Xplor is hiring a Senior Product Manager to make a real impact every day. The ideal candidate will establish and align product roadmaps, oversee the product lifecycle, and engage with customers to understand their needs.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of product management experience with a SaaS company preferred
• Ability to operate and engage with a scrum team with no supervision
• Proven experience working in Agile Scrum environment and ability to write concise and useful requirements, documentation, and user stories
• Knowledge and product experience in web and mobile applications
• Must be organized and feel comfortable prioritizing the roadmap and defending the prioritization to stakeholders
• Must have strong communication skills to share the vision of the product with customers and internal stakeholders
• Experience working with senior leadership across other company verticals including sales, marketing, and customer support
