Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

As a Customer Service Representative at XPO, you will provide excellent customer service, resolve documentation errors, and perform general clerical duties. You will also work in a fast-paced environment and be required to stand for extended periods on a loading dock.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
