Urgent Care Provider (NP/PA) - PRN Flex Position - Travel Required

Provides primary and episodic care to patients, performs physical exams, orders and interprets tests, and prescribes treatment. Responsible for managing communications, providing medical orders, and supervising healthcare staff.

Requirements

• Medical degree, Nurse Practitioner degree, or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited university
• Current license and DEA certification
• Board certification for Nurse Practitioners
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Understanding of medical coding and billing
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Competent with common PC applications
• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate provider staff
