The Director of Learning & Development is responsible for developing and driving training initiatives for the company's Restaurant division, ensuring company compliance and refining best-in-class training systems.
Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 21+ years of age
- 8+ years of experience in Restaurant or Hospitality and project management roles
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
- BA in Organizational Development, Communication, Business and/or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of organizational development and corporate environment training.
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (UKG/Schoox learning management system preferred)
