Job Description
We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues related to our FlowFit TBMS product. The role involves providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with the IT department to implement projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of B2B customer service experience
- Expertise in front-line IT support
- DEC or AEC in computer science, network management, networking and computer security, or any other relevant training
