Full Stack Developer - (Public Sector)

Xtremax is looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on real-world projects, develop skills, and become a future tech leader. The ideal candidate has experience with GenAI, web development, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Strong technical fundamentals
• Proven experience solving real-world problems using Generative AI
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js / Next.js
• Experience with server-side development using Node.js
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data models
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
• Familiarity with Agile and Continuous Integration/Delivery practices
• Experience using Git for version control
• Demonstrated experience building systems that use LLMs or other GenAI models as part of the core solution
• Experience with prompt engineering
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, etc.) or semantic search
• Experience with RAG architectures or AI agent workflows
• Ability to explain trade-offs in model selection, latency, cost, and safety considerations
