Requirements
- Completed university degree and a PhD (magna cum laude or equivalent) in social sciences, psychology, or management.
- Pedagogical aptitude for teaching in English.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience, of which at least 2 years were spent outside the university sector.
- Relevant practical experience in HR, organizational development, consulting, or management (Software development experience is not required).
- Experience in acquiring third-party funding is considered an asset.
