Job Description
Join us as a Sr. UX Designer to improve customers' experience and grow your communication and design experience. You'll be contributing to the design of unique products that combine hardware and software, and working on a complete UX and CX agenda.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in UX design
- Experience leading UX initiatives for complex products or systems
- Business mindset and ability to communicate with stakeholders, including C-level management
- Experience with design tools and concepts like mental models, workflow diagrams, and interactive prototypes
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with hardware, IoT, device management, or RFID/NFC products (plus)
- Proficiency in both Czech and English
