Job Description
The Assistant Behavior Intervention Specialist will work directly with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home, work, and daily lives. The role requires previous experience as a Direct Support Professional and completion of required trainings. The ABIS will educate team members on habilitation and Behavior Support Plans, assist with clinical assessments, and provide direct feedback and education to all team members.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Psychology or Human Services OR Enrolled in 4-year degree in Psychology or Human Services field
- Experience working within the field of I/DD
- Driver's license
