Creative Arts Therapist Licensed (LCAT) - Education Services

As a Creative Arts Therapist Licensed (LCAT) for Education Services, this role involves conducting therapy groups and individual sessions for students with I/DD and/or multiple disabilities, developing and coordinating creative arts therapy activities, and collaborating with teachers and related service providers to ensure a team approach.

Requirements

• Valid license and current registration as a Creative Arts Therapist issued by the NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
• Registration and/or Board Certification as applicable for the area of specialization
• At least two (2) years of experience in a clinical capacity in area of specialization (art, music, dance, etc.)
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
