Requirements
- Provide direct care services, including counseling, training in ADLs, personal care, medical, dietary, social, sexual, recreational, financial, habilitative, and other needs
- Ensure health, safety, and wellness of people supported
- Maintain a conducive learning environment through progressive teaching style
- Complete timely monthly documentation for regulatory compliance and billing deadlines
- Responsible for day program plans, self-determination, independent activity, and community inclusion
- Collect, record, and report on data for program plans
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, including written and verbal modes
- Complete mandatory trainings and apply learned skills
- Ensure appropriate supervision and understand when to contact an administrator for support
