The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing emotional support and building positive relationships with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP will assist individuals in maximizing their strengths, interests, and abilities, while upholding their personal rights and safety.

• Support individuals in meeting personal goals and engaging in respectful communications
• Responsible for the overall supervision, protection, and care of individuals
