Job Description
We are seeking a Program Supervisor to ensure the health, safety, and habilitation of individuals we support, while promoting excellence in our programs and fostering interagency collaboration.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred
- Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed writing skills
- Takes initiative
- Highly flexible personality type
- Valid Driver's License preferred depending on location
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn/use Workforce Management software
